All orders will ship out within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Once shipped, orders through USPS priority mail will take approximately 1-3 business days.

 

We currently offer USPS Priority Flat Rate **Domestic** shipping only.

RETURNS

Hali’a Hawai'i gladly accepts returns of any unused or defective merchandise within 14 days from the date of purchase. All returns in compliance with our return policy will be refunded through the original method of purchase less a 15% credit and restocking surcharge.  Authorization from Hali’a Hawai'i must be granted prior to your return. Purchases made from our Classic section, (Pua, FMB Origami, FMB Ranch, FMB Plantaion, FMB Tetra) are all sales final. 

 

Contact Hali’a Hawai'i  regarding any questions. All unauthorized returns will be refused. Hali’a Hawai'i is not responsible for the postage of any returned goods.

Please be aware that while our fabric has never been used before and it has been safely stored, some of our fabric is 70 years old. Some flaws are to be expected, i.e. crease lines, misprinting, colorfastness, etc.
